I have never taken Ambien but this is what I've learned:
Used as a sleep aid if you don't have an established sleep pattern, restless sleep or not able to sleep at all. Ambien is Extremely Addicting May have strange side effects like impulse shopping late at night, random e-mails that may 'speak the truth', thoughts of euphoria and conversations you may or may not remember. Comments

-- mr man  I also hear it can make you get up and prepare meals in your sleep. One person woke up cooking eggs! Imagine waking up using your stove and not realizing you were doing it! Scary stuff. Not to mention sleep walking outside and stuff.
